This session focuses on employee and family mental health and physical health, and how these items can affect your business.  We will also discuss how mental health issues can manifest comorbidities.  

This session will help illustrate the difference between a traditional wellness program versus a Population Health Management program, and subsequent considerations.

1. The impact of employee mental health. 

2. The link between mental health and other physical comorbidities. 

3. Health management needs to include employees and their families. 

4. How to get employees back to work after limited mobility. 

Presenter's Bio:

Donovan Cook and Christina Buchholz have years of experience in the insurance industry. As an Employee Benefits Broker for the past decade, Donovan is knowledgeable in benefits, training and leadership. Christina brings to the table over 25 years of insurance industry experience. As Senior Vice President at Brown & Brown Insurance, Christina is an expert in her field, presenting at events for the National Native America Human Resources Association and at EO events.
