    Lack of access to early learning and childcare is a critical workforce issue in Skagit County. To further understand how this issue may be impacting Skagit businesses, the Economic Development Alliance of Skagit County (EDASC) is asking all business to complete this 10-minute survey. Your individual answers and information will remain confidential.
