She is a process improvement and change management specialist with a proven track record of increasing product speed and reducing costs. Focusing on Lean Sigma and Quality Systems, Sarah takes a holistic approach to identify business improvement opportunities, developing solutions, managing initiatives, and identifying the resources and various disciplines needed to execute continuous improvement and deliver operational transformation.
