It is a simple and fast way for you and your team(s) to discover your gifts and apply them to real-life work situations. Attendees will learn:  

  1. The fundamentals of The Table Group’s “Working Genius” model
  2. How effective team's operate based on individual talents 
  3. How to us assessments for personal and team development 

    About the Speaker

    Drawing on her experience as a business executive, Sarah understands the importance of empowering leaders to meet their full potential. She is an expert at partnering with organizations to help them achieve their desired objectives through various methods including strategic planning, executive program facilitation, coaching, and assessment administration and interpretation. Sarah has experience working with organizational leaders at all levels who are determined to be the best version of themselves in all areas of life. She has led a $60M business and understands the importance of balancing the talent experience with profitability and organizational growth. Sarah is a firm advocate for women’s leadership initiatives and is involved in mentoring and coaching female leaders, has held many leadership roundtables, and has founded a local women’s leadership group. She serves on the board of trustees at Trocaire College and is also passionate about Lupus awareness and volunteers her time to that cause.
