Currently, Berry is collaborating to launch AppsJack, a start-up consultancy and advisory firm focused on guiding businesses to leverage AI technologies to augment human performance. He is a key contributor in the development of Smart Now!, a framework for synchronizing people, content, & applications.

Since 2008, Berry has served clients through BizEnrich, his professional business consultancy. His broad business experience and deep passion for the power of people working together guide his professional work.

Prior to launching BizEnrich, Berry was co-owner of a marketing, design and promotion firm. Berry was responsible for all strategic planning, employee training, human resources, professional services development, performance monitoring as well as management of special projects impacting facilities, systems, processes and people. Berry also managed a book of strategic customer relationships.

Prior to his business ownership, Berry spent nearly twenty years in a career at UPS in consultative sales, professional services, operations, international trade, technology and UPS “start-up” ventures.

Berry and his wife moved from King County to Skagit County in 2020 and love exploring and sharing the beauty of the area by boat.
