Preparing for your SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP exam doesn’t have to be a solo journey. The SHRM Skagit-Island Spring Certification Study Group is a 10-week, structured study experience designed to help members stay accountable, build confidence, and prepare strategically for the SHRM certification exams—right up to the exam registration deadline of May 26.

Meetings happen virtually Fridays at lunchtime, noon to 1PM. This study group offers a collaborative and supportive environment where participants can review key concepts, discuss challenging material, and learn alongside fellow HR professionals who share the same goal.

What to Expect:

• A 10-week guided study schedule aligned to SHRM exam content (March 27nd - May 22nd)

• Weekly Friday lunchtime sessions (12PM - 1PM)

• Peer discussion, shared accountability, and practical insight

• Support through the exam registration deadline (May 26)
