We accept speaker proposals on a rolling basis for our monthly chapter meetings and special events. Whether you have expertise in employment law, talent strategy, leadership, workplace culture, compliance, employee relations, organizational development, or another area relevant to today's workplace, we would love to hear from you. We ask our speakers to respond to communications in a timely manner, arrive prepared and early for their session, and deliver the presentation as approved. A Note About CompensationSHRM Skagit-Island is a volunteer-led professional association, and we are not currently able to provide speaker fees or honoraria. We hope that the opportunity to share your expertise, contribute to the professional development of our local HR community, and build meaningful connections with other professionals will make speaking with us a rewarding experience. Speakers are welcome to share information about their professional services or organization when appropriate; however, we ask that promotional content, product endorsements, and sales-oriented discussion remain limited during the educational portion of the session.
