Invitation to Participate in HR Analytics Research
How do you feel about HR analytics?
Drake University doctoral candidate Robert G. Olinger is conducting a national research study exploring HR professionals' attitudes toward and adoption of HR analytics.
HR professionals are invited to participate in a voluntary online survey that takes approximately 17 minutes to complete. Participants will be asked to provide general demographic and professional information, including age, gender, education, years of HR experience, and professional certifications. The survey also includes questions about your attitudes toward HR analytics and your organization's adoption of HR analytics practices.
