Research Participation Opportunity: HR Analytics Survey

The SHRM Skagit-Island Chapter is pleased to share opportunities that may be of interest to HR professionals. The following research study has been submitted by a doctoral researcher and is shared as a resource for our members. Participation is entirely voluntary, and this study is not affiliated with or endorsed by SHRM Skagit-Island. The survey takes ~17 minutes to complete and is open through the end of August 2026

Invitation to Participate in HR Analytics Research

How do you feel about HR analytics?

Drake University doctoral candidate Robert G. Olinger is conducting a national research study exploring HR professionals' attitudes toward and adoption of HR analytics.

HR professionals are invited to participate in a voluntary online survey that takes approximately 17 minutes to complete. Participants will be asked to provide general demographic and professional information, including age, gender, education, years of HR experience, and professional certifications. The survey also includes questions about your attitudes toward HR analytics and your organization's adoption of HR analytics practices.
