This onsite leadership role partners with site leadership to drive HR strategy across talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning, and the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring at least seven years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, with manufacturing experience preferred.
