Mediation is an informal way to resolve disputes with the help of a neutral party who is trained to help them discuss their differences. Mediators don't make decisions but help the participants to find their own solution.
Learn how to frame a mediation between two employees to get to resolution. This is a default to make your conflict management policy bulletproof.
Max Collette spent over two decades as a chef; returned to school and received a MS in Organization Development, got certified as a Professional Trainer, Mediator, Group Facilitator with substantial experience in each area. Spent four years as an AmeriCorps Supervisor training and facilitating 4-6 teams each year. Presently teach Management, Leadership, and Customer Service in the Business Management program at Skagit Valley College.

Refund Policy:
We will gladly issue refunds for event registrations that are canceled before the early registration deadline. We need to make venue arrangements and order meals in advance and are unable to refund registration fees after the deadline. Substitutions are always welcome. Please have your substitute inform the registration desk that they are attending in your place.
