From a broader perspective, we will discuss how HR programs and systems impact pay equity across the organization. We’ll discuss how to modify your HR business practices to address pay inequities.

Presenter's Bio:

Shannon Drohman is a Principal of Compensation Connections with 20+ years in HR and rewards. Her clients range in size from small start-ups to thousands of employees, in a variety of sectors including government, non-profit, health care, and technology. Shannon is a former graduate-level instructor in Human Resource Management and Past President of Lake Washington HR Association. Her credentials include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, SHRM-SCP and HRCM certifications, and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
