Join us for this interactive and informative program as we learn to navigate the ADA interactive process, accommodations, and the workplace waves they create. 

Learning  Objectives:

• Be able to differentiate between essential and non-essential duties for purposes of disability accommodation analysis. 
• Understand the disability interactive process better, including documentation that may be required. 
• Learn about options for possible accommodations and limits to providing those accommodations.
• Evaluate the legal risks associates with considering and responding to an employee's request for disability accommodation.
• Discuss real world disability-related questions and scenarios to deeenp learning of disability-related principles.
