Brett Kinney is the CEO and Owner ARCpoint Labs of Bellingham and Arlington a Licensed Medical Test Laboratory and Clia-Waived Lab and a franchisee of a National third-party provider/administrator of accurate reliable and confidential diagnostic testing and wellness solutions for individuals, companies, and legal and healthcare professionals.   Over past years Brett and his business performed thousands of toxicology collections, clinical collections and thousands of diagnostics tests as well as has helped several organizations with improving their drug and alcohol testing procedures and employee wellbeing programs.Brett Kinney has over 25 years of Business and Technical Operations experience in Safety/Environmental Management, Human Resources, Healthcare, Construction and Manufacturing. He began working in the Medical Laboratory and Toxicology business over the past 2 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree of science in Industrial Technology with an intensity in business administration from Western Washington University.  He is also a certified DOT Drug and Alcohol collector and an active member in DATIA (Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association) and SAAPA (Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association).
